What a great week it has been. Mom flew in from Ca to be with stephen while I went to science camp with Elizabeth. I got to be her group leader and she was in my cabin. We arrived to it snowing and there was already 6-8 inches on the ground. We spent the first day outside while it snowed the entire day, most of which was blizzard conditions. It was COLD!!!!!! Lucky, we had come somewhat prepared. We managed to stay pretty warm. What a great experience. I got to be with her 24 hr.x3days. It is so different when you get to visit with them in their environment. Home really is my place, but at school with her friends......... It was a wonderful experience and so much fun to see my daughter in a whole different light.

That is so great you were able to go spend that time with Elizabeth!! You were a good sport to sign up for that with all of the tweeners. It sounds like you had a really fun time together!
Hi Elizabeth! I'm so thankful I could be with you on your 12th birthday. That's 2 years in a row. Grandpa and I are so proud of the beautiful young woman you're becoming. We're so glad you had fun at science camp and that your sweet mom could go with you. She was so thrilled she could share that special time with you.
It was so much fun to see Sarah and Stephen also. You are all growing up so quickly we can't believe it! We're especially happy when we see you helping each other and being helpful to your mom.
